Chris
Chris Fett

Christopher Fett

CEO/Founder

Christopher spearheads asset acquisitions and investor relations and oversees implementation of the company’s short- and long-term strategy and objectives.

 

Christopher has a vast experience in multifamily acquisitions and investment from working as the Chief Acquisitions Officer of a Denver based real estate company for 8 years. He has handled the acquisition, asset management, and disposition of thousands of multi family units across the country. Prior to this, Christopher ran a successful real estate firm where he rehabbed and harvested over 25 real estate projects. He also comes from a media background running marketing campaigns for Dish Network.

Christopher grew up in Oslo, Norway, though ended up pursuing his career and life in Colorado. Christopher is a licensed Colorado real estate broker and is an International MBA graduate from the University of Denver with a bachelor's degree in Business and Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Anastasia and two daughters Victoria and Sophia, road biking, tennis, racquetball, and traveling the world. Christopher is determined to visit 100 countries in his lifetime, though he stands at 34 currently, so he has a lot of exploring to do.

Troy Kellenberger

Operations Manager

Troy is responsible for oversight of all new investments, property operations, property performance, heads rehab project management, and ensures value add goals are achieved.

 

Troy is a seasoned professional with a strong background in operations management and real estate. Over the years, he has worked extensively to help businesses grow and scale by streamlining operations and implementing efficient processes. As a result of his efforts, several businesses have been able to achieve significant growth and success.

 

Troy graduated from California State University Fresno, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Recreation Administration.

 

In his spare time Troy spends time running around the mountains of Colorado, traveling, playing golf, and spending time with friends & family

Mark

Mark Zaltzman

Investor Capital Manager

Mark oversees investor capital commitments, conducts financial control and audits of assets’ performance and investor returns.

Mark D. Zaltzman has a background in family office administration, including succession planning and investment, credit-related industries, real estate, and housing in Mexico's low-income sector. He has worked with financial intermediaries between capital markets, multilateral/development and commercial banking, as well as retail/corporate borrowers. Mark’s experience includes structured finance debt capital market issuances, strategic joint ventures, and M&A projects, as well as back-office management including IT, treasury, accounting, and risk management.

Mr. Zaltzman’s work experience includes being a Partner at TRIA Capital, S.C., where they offer consulting and administrative functions in succession planning, family business administration, tax advisory, accounting and legal compliance, asset protection, and consolidated reporting. He has also worked as the Finance & Administration Director at Industrias BRE, where he was responsible for all financing, planning, and administrative operations within the group and holding entities. Mark have also worked at ING Mexico as the Finance Director, and at Hipotecaria Vértice and Hipotecaria Su Casita, S.A. de C.V. as Chief Financial Officer and Director, Finance & Planning, respectively. Mark D. Zaltzman holds a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University's Robert Emmett McDonough School of Business and a BS in Civil Engineering from Tulane University.

David C. Olcott

David coaches Eight Ventures in long and short term strategic planning and implementation, business building, operational scaling, along with a plethora of other business elements and concepts.

 

David C. Olcott is founder, president and CEO of Samurai Success, Inc., an international executive, organizational and personal coaching firm headquartered in Denver, CO.

Throughout his more than 35 years of professional coaching experience, David has worked with numerous individuals, organizations and companies throughout the United States and Hong Kong.

 

His coaching focuses on developing strategies and structures that provide for sustainable growth and productivity

 

Prior to founding Samurai Success, David was a #1 national trainer for Anthony Robbins and was the business manager to the #1 selling real estate agent in the world. David has also enjoyed a distinguished career in the world of public service.

He served as the chief of staff for a member of the Florida State Senate and served as the campaign manager and legislative aide to the youngest woman ever elected to the Florida House of Representatives.

 

David is master certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and has earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Florida International University. He has trained in the martial arts for more than 15 years and holds a second-degree black belt in Aikido. David is also an accomplished motorcycle racer who has competed against top-level racers throughout Colorado.

 

David has been a guest on several radio shows and is the author of the soon-to-be released book, Swords of Illumination.

 

David is married to Dr. Lorena Lavarne and they have one son, Josh.

Paul

Paul Lirette

Executive Coach

Paul coaches Eight Ventures along with David in in long and short term strategic planning and implementation, business building, operational scaling, along with a plethora of other business elements and concepts.

Paul Lirette is the Executive Director and Executive Coach for Samurai Success, Inc., an international executive, organizational and personal coaching firm headquartered in Denver, CO.

​

Paul has effectively managed and directed hundreds of projects and programs that have reached and exceeded expectations, whether it was the launch of a new television show or successfully navigating a winning political campaign.

​

His coaching with Samurai Success’ clientele has led them to enjoy extraordinary growth and profitability, even during difficult economic times. Following Samurai Success’ formula of focusing on people and processes, companies under his coaching have embraced putting ideas into tangible and sustainable action.

​

Prior to joining Samurai Success in 2007, Paul served as the operations manager for the Disney ABC Television Group’s media relations department. He has also served as chief legislative aide in the Florida House of Representatives and was the legislative coordinator for the United Teachers of Dade.

​

Paul received a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Florida International University and is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. He is also a graduate of the famed Second City Improv Conservatory and Writing Conservatory and is a member of the Screen Actors Guild. He has performed in more than 25 theatrical stage productions and appeared in several TV shows and films including “Days of Our Lives,” “Holy Man,” and “There’s Something About Mary.”

In his free time, he is the director of the Las Vegas Improvisation Players, a non-profit organization dedicated to offering a positive, supportive, and entertaining outlet for people to experience the art of improvisation
